Ben Stokes wants to control Anger

Ben Stokes was really frustrated after getting out in third Twenty20 international against West Indies and out of anger punched his locker, which resulted in broken wrist. Because of this reason he missed out ICC World Twenty20 2014 hosted by Bangladesh. Anger has brought him a lot of disappointment in past as well. He broke his hand in similar fashion when he was 15 years ago. He was sent back home in 2013 from Australia for 2 disciplinary breaches. All troubles in past made Stokes decides to lock away his anger and focus on his career.

"I hope the ECB look at it as a moment of stupidity and know that I know I made a big mistake," he said. "I hope I don't give them an opportunity not to play me because of my attitude. That is something I make sure I'm on top of. It is a big thing, attitude. That was part of how I was brought up by my old man."

Ben Stoke wants to lock away frustration

Stokes knows he need to act mature, punching locker is a childish act and there is always one same winner. If he keeps acting like this then his attitude might force ECB selectors to ignore him and give opportunity to another candidate to represent England.
