BCCI filed an official complaint with ICC to take action against Smith & Handscomb regarding DRS Issue:
BCCI decision came 1 day after ICC declared that they will not take action against players from both team.
There was a conflict during second Test at Bengaluru as Smith was alleged by Kohli for trying to twist the DRS rules when he was waiting for the advice from the dressing room to go for a review or not.
Handscomb was with the Australia skipper at the non striker end & he posted on twitter that he asked the captain to take advice from the dressing room as he did not know about the DRS rules.
ICC after watching the drama between both the captains, announced that they will not take any additional action against either player.

Skipper Smith apologized in a press conference & he told that it was a brain fade on his part. Kohli in reply told that he was not ready to consider Steve’s apology as he had seen such things more than once during the second Test.
Both the captains were helped by their boards & coaches as the matter changed into a controversy.
ICC Chief Executive Richardson told that they have seen a wonderful cricket during the second Test where players from both squads tried their best & feelings were running high in between & after the match.
He added that they would encourage both teams to think over the 3rd Test that will be played in Ranchi next week.
The India Cricket Board did not take the issue light and they asked ICC to take notice of Smith’s brain fade when he was waiting for instructions from the dressing room for a DRS referral.
