Srinivasan filled an affidavit in Supreme Court, to elect him back as President of Indian Cricket Board. He said that he recently stepped down as BCCI top post during Mudgal committee investigation of the IPL spot-fixing scandal against him. Srinivasan stated that after having no proof of IPL spot-fixing by Mudgal panel, now he wants to be re-elected as BCCI President.

South Africa batted first and raised 267-8 in 50 overs. Australia in reply looked quite in trouble as they had lost 5 wickets for 98 runs in 25th over. Smith and Wade turned the game by making 6th wicket partnership of 121. Australia reached the target in 49th over to win the 4th odi by 3 wickets.

Virat Kohli played the captain's knock with his unbeaten 139* off 126 to whitewash Sri Lanka 5-0 for the first time after 1982. 

Sri Lanka batted first and left a good total of 286 in 50 overs. India lost early wickets of AM Rahane and RG Sharma, who were bowled by Mathews. Despite loss of openers including Rohit who broke the world record for highest score in last ODI, Indian spirits remain high. AT Rayudu's 59 and Virat Kohli's undefeated 139 took India towards the 3 wickets victory.

AD Mathews received player of the match award for his unbeaten 139* off 141 balls and taking wickets of both the Indian openers.

Virat Kohli received player of the series award.

Indians have already won 3 odi in a row and have clutched the series 3-0 but they are now even more dominating towards series whitewash. India aims to whitewash Sri Lanka for the first time since 1982. Indians are also looking forward to improve their odi ranking. At present Indians are ranked 3rd in ICC ODI Ranking. If they win series 4-1 they will move to 2nd spot but if they whitewash series 5-0 they will climb again to the 1st rank.

Misbah-ul-Haq became the most successful test captain of Pakistan after beating New Zealand at Abu Dhabi. Misbah has broken Miandad and Imran's mutual Pakistan record of 14 test triumphs after first test victory of 248 runs.

New Zealand's No. 10 batsman Sodhi delayed the Pakistan triumph for more than an hour on the fifth day of test. Sodhi and Boult shared last wicket partnership of 54 runs. Sodhi was the wicket No. 10 after scoring 63 runs.

Pakistan let New Zealand chase target of 480 runs on day 4. New Zealand were all out for 231, leading Pakistan to a victory of 248 margin runs on day 5.

Rahat Ali received Player of the match award after taking 6 wickets for only 70 runs in both innings.

India remained victorious against Sri Lanka on Sunday by 3-0 in the ODI series with a margin of six wickets. Shikhar Dhawan’s 91 was followed by Virat Kohli’s 53 stamped Indian’s success. Umesh Yadav and Axar Patel sealed the fate of Sri Lankan team by taking 4 wickets for 53 and 3 for 40 respectively.

India aims to win the last two matches to whitewash Sri Lanka for the first time since 1982.

Australians beat South Africa in third T-20 winning by 2-1 in three match series. Aussies chased South Africa’s 145 for 6 through Cameron White’s decisive 41 who was declared man of the match.
